When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us to advise you that it's on the way.
The dispatch notification means that your order has been packed and is waiting to be picked up from the warehouse by the delivery company, which occurs twice every weekday.
The email contains your shipping details such as the carrier, the carrier’s website and the tracking number. You can use this information to track the exact location of your parcel once it has left our warehouse.
Once you receive your dispatch notification with your tracking number, you will be able to pinpoint exactly where your order is with Australia Post HERE.
After your order is placed, it may take up to 10 days for the dispatch notification to be sent to you. We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as our Warehouse is working as quickly as possible to pack and send your order.
