We understand that the item you ordered may not be what you expected once it arrives. Our Customer Service team is happy to offer a return within 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee if you're unhappy with the item received or it's not quite what you were expecting.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Sign-in to Pumpkin Patch and go to "My Account"
- Click on "My Orders" to see your purchase history
- Find the relevant order number and click on the "Request Return" button
- Fill in the returns form and click "Submit Request"
Please keep in mind the following conditions for returns. Your return request will be considered only where the item in question is:
(a) returned within 30 days of order;
(b) not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
(c) not damaged in any way*.
*When returning your item, please wrap the box(or satchel) with plastic or paper and do not affix any tape to the product packaging.
All products must be returned with the original tags - attached to the garments/products where included.
Please note: Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, and swimwear due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available.
